Thanks Richard. The 7600 is probably close but it is a field manual and
thus limited in content but it will probably be useful. The 9000 would
not download but I suspect this will be less relevant. I have a 9000
manual which looks as if the printer was made a very very long time
ago. It beats me why a "pro" machine which is supposed to have user
maintainable waste ink tank and belt tensioning etc. has such a dearth
of information about how to maintain the machine. Actually, I suppose
it is obvious really. Most users of these machines are probably able
to just buy a new one when they go wrong, given that a call out will
probably cost a fifth or a quarter of the value of a new machine. Hey
ho.
I still don't know what the error code means. :0\
