Just apple click links and you get it in a new tab (assuming you enable
tabbed browsing in the browser). You can set off loads like that - say from
a google finds or an ebay list page, and then cycle the tabs to view. Even
with 2mb broadband I find this so much easier than farting about with
history.
I am trying Firefox at present. Seems to get stuck a bit too often but maybe
that was the optimised build so am now trying the regular build. Mostly a
lot faster than Safari in my opinion and has a warning if closing a window
with tabs open. This is something Safari could do with - because yes,
sometimes I regress to one window mindset and hit the close button.

Can also set windows opened by other applications to open in new tab. This
too is good for my way of working.

can save tabbed windows and launch a bunch at once (fave sets) but I havent
used these features yet.

I also use keyboard shortcuts and know a lot of people who think I am mad.
"Why not use the menu?" they say - well, each to their own!

regards
Brian
