I just dilute two drops normal washing-up liquid in a small drinking glass
of tap water and then after mixing it well pour it over normal paper towel
sheet. Squeeze the excess fluid from the paper towel and presto...perfect
laptop cleaner for screen, case, keyboard.

The one thing I am careful about is to use a second dry paper towel for
wiping the various cleaned bits immediately afterwards (otherwise they will
leave streaks that are near impossible to get out once dry.)

I.e. Wipe the screen till its clean (wow I'm a poet!)...and then before
cleaning the rest of the 'Book wipe the screen dry.

Been doing this for near three years with two iBooks and a PowerBook without
any negative impact (and no noticeable grubby marks left behind either!)

HTH,

Richard
