Has anyone else got one of these modems ? and have you managed to get it working with iChatAV properly ?

We recently upgraded our old D-Link DSL-500 (which works fine) to the DSL-504T to improve our ADSL connection at the end of a long and decrepit BT phone line.

Unfortunately, for some reason or other it seems to block iChatAV ports even with the firewall switched off (NAT is on as with our old router to divvy our net connection up between our different Macs on the network).

What version of Mac OS X are you running? MacRumors reputes that OS X 10.4.1 contains a patch o fix certain 'issues' with D-Link LAN hardware. It seems odd that I hav ethe same issue and am using 10.4 and the same router as you.

That said I have been experiencing this issue since the 10.3.7 update to Panther. Oddness.
