Personally I'd say a mac mini with a CRT monitor if you are looking
for colour accurate photo retouching
The same applies if you wanted to use the machine for light video
work, as nice as the Apple displays are they are still a long way
from being suitable for either of these two fields of work albeit
that in most cases work I send out gets shoved through a plasma or
LCD projector . . . . oh the humanity
