I have a 233MHz Wallstreet, with 256MB RAM, for which I paid around
200GBP on eBay, a couple of years ago. I have bought a new battery, a
wifi card, a USB card and a FireWire card for it, which would raise the
price way above a Lombard, I suspect, but I couldn't afford a Lombard
or Pismo at the time. I like it very much and had always wanted a
PowerBook. Its case design is, to me, far superior to the latest
version and the keyboard is second only to that of my G5 iMac, which is
excellent. Because it is slow, it is relaxing to use and I keep it on
the dining table for casual email and internet purposes. What you need
to buy depends on your proposed usage, really.

About £200-350, which can get you a very decent PC laptop thats a lot
quicker and more recent.
So i'm just keeping a look out. Always a chance someone has one in
their spare room, collecting dust because they have a new G5 laptop or
something.

Sorry, I don't have one at all, never mind for sale. How mad are the
prices, James?

Hi there
Thought it work asking this on the UK list, in case someone more
local has one up for grabs. Basically looking for a G3 400 Lombard.
I've seen them going on ebay, but some of the prices are just mad.
