Does anyone have any recommendations for running an e-newsletter for customers and potential customers? I am a very small business, and it needs to be kept simple and cheap.

Do I need dedicated software, or could I just set up an egroup using the existing free or low-cost services and run it with myself as moderator?

Thanks!
