not quite the same, basically it's a lead to plug one mobile into
your PC so that you can phone that mobile from your other one and
talk via skype. So bill wise, you're looking at a local call to your
mobile + either free or skype out charges internationally
not much use for local calls though, unless it's to someone who's
incredibly expensive to call on your mobile.
