There's virtually no adware or spyware on the Mac. What there is needs 
your authorisation to install, which is why the latest version of OS X 
will always warn you when you're downloading an application.

Not that I'm aware of on the Mac.

I don't think there's anything available that's worth the time and/or 
cost. Just be careful when you install a strange application (and it 
asks for your password).
