I seem to remember that WMP for Mac OS doesn't either; that's part of the reason Microsoft didn't have to feel guilty for abandoning the Mac version (beside the
fact that it was a steaming pile of something best not thought about) and
telling people to use the flip4mac plugins instead...

I just noticed "Note: This product doesn't support content that is protected with Windows Media digital rights management (DRM)." I'd guess that this premiumtv thingy probably uses heaps of that.
