Hi there everyone
My friend has a G3 300 Blue ibook and she's having trouble with
keyboards. Her old one will only work if you place a bit of cardboard
over the keyboard connecter and squash it down with the metal plate
then then the keyboard on top. She doesn't really like this solution so
we bought a new keyboard from America for her. I plugged the thing in
and several of the keys dont work, they are not the same keys as on her
old one.
I might point out that unlike her old keyboard, i have been unable to
get the dead keys to work. I've pressed on the connector and even
straightened some of the pins out.
Has anyone else had this kind of problem?
Cheers
James
