To the best of my knowledge, the browser's treatment of the incoming file
depends on it's mime-type configuration. If the file is a JPG and the
browser is set up to display them (as the all are these days) that's
what'll happen. I suspect the easiest way to get it to "just download" is
to zip or stuff it, as handling those types via SAVE-to-disk are also
standard configurations.
