Yes, comes with CGI, control panel, web & POP
email, FTP, PHP, SQL....they're at bounceweb.com
They also have reseller accounts at very low prices.

They are not perfect (I've had to straighten out a billing error or two,
once in a while a server is down briefly, etc.) but they are Mac-friendly,
and customer service I've received has been courteous and helpful. Usual
disclaimers apply, I am not connected with them except as a customer, etc.
