Like someone earlier wrote, try out iCab. It has a kiosk mode that you can
protect with a password and you can limit access to certain domains meaning
you won't have to fiddle with arcane IP mapping stuff. It's highly
configurable. I have uploaded a screenshot of all the configuration options
on http://www.haroldbakker.com/personal/screen/kioskmode.jpg
(warning big file (JPEG: 190 k)) as it is an often overlooked feature.
