I use Photoshop for that. It doesn't integrate with anything really, but
you can customise the templates a bit if you dig around. After that some
creative editing with a good texteditor and no one will know the difference.
If you have Photoshop this is the path to the gallery files you can customise:
Adobe Photoshop folder/Presets/WebContactSheet (tip: make a copy of the
simple folder).
