No that only refers to separate domain hosting. You can have your domains setup to forward with the domain registrar. I have my domains registered with http://www.joker.com in Germany. I have been using them for 5 years and it is not the cheapest but the best as far as I am concerned. They offer a lot of free services. I have all of my domains on individual IP addresses.
