Dan and I have been in contact on a regular basis lately (I host all of his 'minor' websites -- aka not LEM.com) and based upon our conversations I feel it is safe to assume that he hasn't done anything. Of course, the reason I can say this is following an inquiry about odd programs running on the LEMLists server his response was "I have never used SSH."
He has a username and password on the machine and has been granted sudo access so he has all the items in place to start working on it (including an installation of mailman (version 2.1.5). Alas, I have no experience with mailman, but I do have some with Majordomo. A little bit of extra background on the machine: Running FreeBSD 5.1 Postfix 2.1.5_1 PHP 4.3.10_1 Apache 2.0.52_3 Any other pertinent data can be found at http://dev.cwis.biz/phpsys/ There is not a lot of free space on this machine right now, but in the next 90 days that will all be changing. I have about 45 GB of personal data on this server that, since I now live in the same complex the machine is located in, I can move all of it off and onto DVD without any issue. In addition to all the above information, at the end of the data transfer time a complete backup and rebuild of the server will occur. This includes bringing everything back up to spec, the latest stable version of the FreeBSD 5.x operating system and cleaning out and upgrading the drives better manage the constant flow of emails.
