We've been using Cascading Style Sheets at Low End Mac for quite a while to handle type, but never page design. I've gone through the tutorial that comes with Style Master (great program!) and almost have things working as I want. But there's one problem.
I'm very impressed with how nicely CSS works, and the redesign will work well on 640 x 480 monitors or anything larger. It took a half-day of fiddling and tweaking to create a new LEM home page. The layout is a header/navigation strip, then two columns (ads and content links), then another nav strip and the footer. You can see what I've got so far at <http://lowendmac.com/index-css.html> Where I run into problem is when the ad column is longer than the links column. I'm hoping one of you can help.
