I've had the one-browser-shy-of-a-success problem, too.
But this page looks fine in both Camino and Safari on my Beige G3
running Panther:
Safari is my preferred browser, but for some reason, every single
browser in the world displays this page correctly except for Safari:

Basically two table cells seem to be "missing" their background images.
Can anyone tell me why?
I've no idea!
