As it seems to me, thirdpartylicense.html is a ready to use html
document in cvs .../readlicence_oo/html/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.html -
it just has to be copied into the readme-folder when building a distro.
No coding needed so far.

Yes - because there is some text for every platform in the file and if I
mess up xml tags, some of the text on other Platforms will be missing or
Mac-related text will be shown in Windows readme ;-)
On the other hand - If someone has a proposal for changes of the text
for other platforms I can integrate this, too.

I don't like the idea. It will get a lot of text - and all of these are
well described in the elsewhere provided mini-how-tos. And at last I'm
not so optimistic about users reading a readme-file at all.
