[mac] Patch to fix menu crashes

Hi,

the patch at
http://tmp.janik.cz/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/native_menus_crashes.diff

fixes some of the native menu crashes here and makes the application  
a bit more stable than before. I'd be glad if you can test it.
