the patch
http://tmp.janik.cz/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/aquavcl01-focus.diff
adds sending GETFOCUS and LOSEFOCUS events when you switch between
two different windows in OOo.
It prints messages like:
sending focus event LOSEFOCUS for AquaSalFrame 0x2c97d50
sending focus event GETFOCUS for AquaSalFrame 0x229f8630
when the window loses or gains the focus.
Please test it.
Open questions: should the GETFOCUS event be sent when the first
window is opened and it application is activated?
