Try to resize the window, and move the cursor on the toolbar

Thanks, I was able to apply that patch (manually, the source from
yesterdays cvs was off by a few lines) and run ooo in the debugger.
The toolbar looks good, but for me the 'paper' part of the document
remains grey, and I crash in

Also, the tooltips don't disappear.
