For 10.3.9 it would maybe down to 10.3.5 - at least that is what the Developer of Colloquy told me when I asked him for help. Christian Lohmaier did some testing with this and so did I a while back ago. My OOo compiled but had troubles when it came to packing and we hadn't had so many devs then. Christian Lohmaier had more success and Eric B. tested a build Christian did on a 10.3 machine but I don't know the results of his testings.
