Hi,
As I explained on my blog few days ago, I worked on improving the use of
dialogs and utility windows on the native OOo. The new behavior is now
more aqua.

I have also implemented missing functions in salframe.cxx, like
SetMinSize()/SetMaxSize() or Flush().
There are still some bugs, in particular menus of utility window are
behind it (as i made the window transparent you will be able to see the
menu behind).
Any feedbacks are welcome to have a more aqua OOo.
