sytematical delay to approve it.

Can we vote on meeting logs/results of meeting logs?
The vote is the last resort for a free software project, and should
never be used. I asked for a vite because I was not too hot.
And what has been "decided" during a meeting can be discussed, and
amended the next week.
Should we vote on mailing list only?
This is the last resort IMHO
