[mac] Projects added to aquavcl01: boost

The boost library was added to the aquavcl01 CWS so that some aqua 
specific build issues can be fixed. Please
   rm -rf unxmac*
   cvs update -r cws_src680_aquavcl01
inside the boost folder. Then rebuild the wholde child workspace.
