This is what happens when the build is untested ...
No. This happens when developers are not fast enough to spot and fix
the bug.
- provide >60 locales is nonsense : most of them are broken and
will stay untested a long time.
We should provide new locale *on demand only*.
I demand all possible locales so I can test them if I have time.
