From my point of view, the build is good enough to be viewed as a developer snapshot. It would enable more people to simply have a look at the current state. However I would not want the 2.4 version (that is an actual Release) on Mac yet.
I agree. Doing 2.4 release would be a lot of work that we can't make right now. But we could try to make what we call "Mac port snapshot" in line with 2.4.
I'd like to see regular en-US flow from Sun and Maho continuing doing his builds though, because I'd like to have at least the possibility to compare en-US and e.g. French builds from the same source. At least for some time before Sun starts building/uploading all languages as usual. We can also use this time for making Sun builds similar/same to Maho's builds.
