Hi Clytie,
It will probably be fixed in aquavcl04, which isn't integrated into
the master yet, thus why you aren't seeing the fix.
The issue will be closed when it is released into the master.
If it is fixed in the CWS, it should be marked as verified, if a
tester can verified that the fix works.

Hi everyone :)
Sorry I haven't been able to participate here for some time. I'm
trying to catch up now.
I downloaded the Vietnamese m241_localisation27 Aqua build for Intel
from Maho's site [1] for testing. (I am using Leopard 10.5.1.)
It looks very good. Thankyou to everyone who has worked so hard to
get the Aqua builds to this effective level. :)
I was checking the Help, and noticed a problem with scrollbars.
I am not sure if it is issue 77549 or not: that issue is supposed to
be fixed.
But when I try to move a scrollbar _up_, it jumps out from under the
mouse and moves _down_ a bit. Each time I try to grab it with the
mouse, it does the same thing. It's like trying to grab soap with
wet hands.
Eventually, I can grab it and move it up, but I'm sure it's supposed
to work better than that.
Should I add this to issue 77549, or is it a separate problem?
I couldn't find any issues containing "scroll" for m241 and OSX.
