Hi Mike,
as of now, we dropped all UTIs matching org.oasis.* and only use
org.oasis-open.* and org.opendocument.* for our documents.
When OOo's QL plugin goes final, this problem will no longer be there.
However, chances are that a different application (the one beginning
With Neo e.g.) registers this 'wrong' UTI again, thus probably causing
this problem to occur again.
So, take care what you install :)

worked with Quick Look. By running qlmanage -p, I discovered that the
Content Type UTI for the file had been incorrectly set as
org.oasis.opendocument.text, as opposed to
org.oasis-open.opendocument.textas specified by Apple. This appears to
be resulting in QL not being properly
handed over to Leopard's built-in generator.
Trashing the app and restarting restores Quick Look functionality.
Tested on
Mac OS X 10.5.2, using m243, m246 and 2.4.0 RC1.
