I agree this is very odd to not have a dedicated list or project en-US.

en_US is supposed to be the 'base' language. I don't know if this is
true or not.
As to the QA problems, I have not approved OOH680_m8 (rc2) because the
first.bas test does not complete and there is a newer build being released.
