I also think they are outdated. Next TCM will be for 3.0.

Thanks for your info. It seems to fail only on PPC and not Intel. 
Now I'm rebuilding instsetoo_native on Intel. Somehow packaging fails.
Rebuilding helpcontent2 on PPC. On ppc, i18npool/testtools issues hit me 
seriously.
