As soon as Jason has a first set of patches available I can start

development may help out with JRE not beeing found during runtime
when OOo was build using Leopard.
Funny. I've not had a problem with that, but then after every build
and install, I go into the preferences for OO.o and make sure that
everything is setup including Java.
The thing about Java on Leopard is that it doesn't show in the
preference panel at first. If I click the button to search for it,
then it does show up without me actually having to do anything but
close the open file panel.
Anyway, I'm going to have a busy day with other things, but I should
manage some time this week and next week to work on configuring for
cross development.
I don't think I'll run into problems with libraries, as James
mentions, because I've already run into that. Well, actually, what I
am doing now is trying to work around that issue by using the 10.4u
SDK. Also, library versions shouldn't be an issue, since we already
build OO.o on Tiger.
This is exactly what we tried with conducting Panther builds on Tiger.
I expect Apple to correctly implement the use of a different SDK
properly this time. It may also be an issue with the OpenOffice.org
build process, and we should fix this. Thank you for your ongoing efforts.
