Does anybody think we need to support non-standard configure --with-stl=yes on Mac OS X (now that DEFAULT_TO_STLPORT=no is used on
Mac OS X/Darwin for a long time)? If not, I will happily remove stlport/STLport-4.0.macosx.patch:1.3 and
stlport/STLport-4.5-macxp-panther.patch:1.12 and clean up
