Thanks for all your help, from all of you. My first use for Open
Office was to read an Excel spreadsheet. Today, I was unable to make
the changes to main.scpt, don't know why. Last time, I was able open
the script and make the patch.
There is a happy ending. I ran the 3.0 beta, opened the .xls and was
able to extract the data I needed.
