What is the combobox on the Target field in Calc's Insert Hyperlink
dialog supposed to display? It is blank (3.0.1rc2 -- m15). I thought, OK
maybe it should display recently specified targets. Or display a list of
all target URLs used in this document. But it displays nothing.

If this is a bug I'll search&report but I'm just not sure what's
supposed to be there.
