In order to get Issues accepted as showstoppers they need to be 
nominated on the releases mailinglist, added to the meta-issue for 
the 3.3.0 release and be discussed in the release status meeting if 
clarification is needed.

If the issues was introduced in 3.2.0 and a regression from 3.1.0 
it should have been a showstopper for 3.2.0 and if not been fixed 
in 3.2.1. Since this didn't happen I suppose that it hasn't 
qualified as an 3.3.0 showstopper. But please nominate this issue 
on the releases mailinglist.
