FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Troi Automatisering releases Troi Grabber Plug-in 1.5 for FileMaker Pro 5.5

New Plug-in lets you record pictures and movies directly with FileMaker Pro
databases.

Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands, April 18th, 2002--Troi Automatisering
today announced the release of Troi Grabber Plug-in 1.5, for FileMaker Pro
4.0 through 5.5.

What is Troi Grabber Plug-in?

Troi Grabber Plug-in 1.5 is a very powerful tool for grabbing pictures from
a video input source and putting them directly into a FileMaker container
field. All from within FileMaker you can:

- preview the image stream from the video input source
- crop pictures to grab only the desired part of the video image (Mac
OS and Mac OS X only)
- rotate pictures before grabbing (Mac OS and Mac OS X only)
- grab pictures from a video input source and put them into your
FileMaker database
- record a movie from a video input source for a specified number of
seconds or until the mouse is clicked and save the movie to a
specified file on the hard disk (Mac OS and Mac OS X only)
- get timecodes of a recorded movie; you can get the timecode of the
beginning of the movie, of the end of the movie, the timecode at the
current point in the movie or the duration of the movie in timecode
(Mac OS and Mac OS X only)

Peter Baanen, company president, states: "This final release can also
retrieve the duration of a movie (in timecode format), even if there is no
timecode track. If you work with movies or video sources, you have a lot of
new possibilities to integrate this seamlessly with your FileMaker Pro
database!"

New Features

Troi Grabber Plug-in 1.5 adds these new functions and features:

- tested with FileMaker 5.5 and ported to Mac OS X; the Mac version
of the plug-in is now a so called 'Super Fat' plug-in that will run
on Mac OS 8, 9 and Mac OS X
- record a movie from a video input source and save it on the hard
disk (Mac OS and Mac OS X only)

movie into a container field, in cooperation with the Troi File Plug-in.
