Flix is the only software that outputs both the old and new Flash video
formats.
LOS ANGELES, CA � June 3, 2002. Wildform, creators of easy-to-use video and
animation software, today announced the release of Flix Lite for Windows
and Mac. Available for only $49, Flix Lite is a �light� version of
Wildform�s industry standard Flix Pro Flash video encoder. In making the

features found only in software costing many times the price. It�s an

Flix Lite, like Flix Pro, is part of the only software line that outputs
both the new Flash MX video and the older Flash 3-6 video. Flix lite
exports Wildform�s high quality MX video and FLV video output required to
import MX video into Flash. Wildform�s Flash MX video, which plays in the
Flash 6 player, uses high quality video compression that is comparable to
Quicktime, Windows Media, and Real. Flix Lite also outputs both importable
and non-importable versions of the ubiquitous Flash 3-6 video, which plays
in any Flash player versions 3-6 (according to a December, 2001 NPD
Research study, 98.3% of all Web users have Flash 3-6 installed).
Wildform�s Flash 3-6 output also incorporates special memory management
capabilities to handle Flash RAM consumption issues.

video for the web and for CD roms, or to encode video for use in the Flash
