Seapine Software Enters The Automated Testing Market; Announces The Acquisition of QA Wizard Mason, Ohio-(BUSINESS WIRE)-June 14, 2002-Seapine Software, Inc. a leading provider of defect management solutions, and San Francisco-based QA Wizard, Inc., a technology leader in the quality assurance tool market, today announced that Seapine Software has acquired QA Wizard. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed. QA Wizard is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Seapine Software. QA Wizard will enable Seapine to deliver a broader range of enterprise software testing tools.
