This is "known" in the sense that there is at least one other person
who's seen this even with newer versions of MacFUSE. See issue #103 on
the MacFUSE project site.
I can't reproduce it, so if you have a way (well defined steps) to
deterministically reproduce it, that'd be nice. You should append to
issue 103 instead of here.
