Hi all, I'm using sshfs with Mac OS X (10.4.9) to mount trough ssh some folders which contain files with special french characters like "é" or "è" as a name. When mounting such directories, the name of these files is truncated : for exemple, a file named "Totétè" is seen in the finder as "Tot?". I have not such problem with the terminal where all the characters look normal ... Is there a problem with character encoding ? If yes, is it in the ssh server side (debian etch, with all locales setted to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and AcceptEnv LANG LC_* directive in the ssh daemon configuration file) or is it the Finder which is not able to display such characters ?
