When I mount a remote (linux) volume over sftp I have serious issues
with folder names when they contain non ascii charaters.

The folder names do display correctly. Non ascii characters (french
accents) are properly displayed. It's just that everything inside that
folder is 'out of reach'. I can see the filenames in the folder but I
can neither read or write the files.

As soon as I change (from a linux terminal) the folder name to
something with ascii characters only, then the files in my folder
bcome 'reachable'.

Filenames on my linux are utf-8.

Pierre.
