Hi Amit,

your extended API idea is really intriguing. As I am using the
excellent Objective-C sdk, I have already foregone cross-platform
compatibility, and hence any opportunity to make such a file system
more mac-like, the better. The support in the sdk for providing icons
and resources for files is very useful, and if creation (and backup)
dates could be added through a lower level extension to the mac-fuse
API, then I am sure many people would be appreciative, bith users and
developers.
