MacFUSE has *absolutely* *nothing* to do with IPv6 (or global warming, for that matter).
How are you specifying the IPv6 address? I suppose something like 1050::::5:600:300c:326b ? sshfs, the program itself, won't know how to parse such addresses. It expects [EMAIL PROTECTED]:[dir] as an argument--it probably won't like a ':' in the host name (address). You should request the sshfs maintainer(s) (http:// fuse.sourceforge.net/sshfs.html) and see if they can make it work.
