Your real problem seems to be that your NTFS volume isn't mounting, so I 
don't see why you involve MacFUSE in this.
If ntfs-3g is properly uninstalled (with the 
/System/Library/Filesystems/ntfs-3g.fs directory gone) you should be 
able to unmount and mount your NTFS partition again in Disk Utility and 
you'll be running with the Apple NTFS driver.

If that isn't working, please describe the symptoms... you're just 
basically telling us that "it doesn't work", which isn't very informative.
Maybe a chkdsk in Windows could resolve the issue?
