2.0.1 is the MacFUSE 2.0.0 version number as it exists on Leopard/Snow
Leopard. On tiger, the release remains 2.0.0

This is the same as ever [last release was 1.7.0/1.7.1 depending on
platform]

I'm still curious as to the reason behind this, but that's the way it
is.
