I released an update to MacFUSE 2.0 yesterday. If you already have MacFUSE 2.0 installed, it should show up in the MacFUSE preference pane. That would be the easiest way to update. New downloads from http://code.google.com/p/macfuse/downloads/list will obviously get the updated version. (The download count on that page seems hosed, so just ignore it.) Both beta and non-beta users should upgrade.
Since some users/developers were reporting problems with the previous release, please do test thoroughly against this release and report back if there still are issues.
