I didn't make distinct templates for the command line version. This is
mainly because I don't want to overwhelm people with choices and
command-line savvy people might know what they want a bit more. You
should be able to take the X_Filesystem.{h,m} from the read-only
application-style file system if you'd like. The only difference is
that the read only one has pre-deleted some of the GMUserFileSystem
delegate methods that aren't needed unless you are supporting write
operations.
